Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty’s recently released Bollywood movie Cocktail has turned out to be a good hit with a decent business in Bollywood and now, the Telugu makers has eyed on the remake rights of this commercial entertainer. If the latest buzz is to be believed Bellamkonda Suresh, who is known for his remakes has acquired the rights for the Telugu version and he is in plans to rope in Siddharth for the lead role as Gautham. There is also buzz that Ileana and Nithya Menon might play the leading ladies but nothing has been confirmed yet by the makers. Let’s wait for an official announcement regarding the Cocktail news.

Rana’s KVJ releasing in Tamil version too

Rana’s undershoot movie Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum will now hit the screens in Tamil version too along with the Telugu version. The film is being shot in bilingual versions by the director Krish. Eega drops kerchief on National Awards

One man who is on cloud nine ever since the release of Eega is none other than D Suresh Babu. This dynamic producer hasn't seen success off late until Eega happened. Thanks to SS Rajamouli! Suresh Babu is overwhelmed with the critical acclaim his film has been getting and its remarkable business at the Box Office. For the first time in his 25-years long film career, he hugged a director (Rajamouli) after watching a film and feels proud to be part of a film like Eega. Off late, Telugu films haven't got a proper recognition at the National level. Sadly, none of the Telugu films hasn't even qualified at least under regional best film category last year. But this time, Suresh Babu is confident that Eega should sweep the National Awards at any cost. "Since few years, we have been hearing that Telugu films were neglected at National level. Nag Targeting Cab Drivers For Revenue

King Nagarjuna is not only just wooing youths and college going girls at the moment, but his target is bigger than one expects. As a part of revenue generation, he is now focusing on car drivers, it appears. Nagarjuna's latest movie 'Shirdi Sai Baba' is all set to hit the tinsel town with its striking audio in a couple of days. However, there are no buyers for audio cassettes and CDs of any audio these days irrespective of the success of music. It is now heard that Nagarjuna has been planning with the makers and audio company to release the audio CDs of 'Shirdi Sai Baba' movie at cheap cost. This will not only increase the revenue, but will make the audio go deep into different types of audiences who travel in autos and cabs. Once the audio rocks like 'Annamaya' and 'Sri Ramadasu', it will be easy for the producers to recollect their investment. It is known news that the film 'Baadshah' has started shooting in Italy and this has young tiger Junior NTR in the lead while the project is being helmed by the jackpot hit director Srinu Vaitla. Amazing feat of Gabbar Singh

Pawan Kalyan's biggest blockbuster Gabbar Singh is the biggest hit of the year so far and is the all time number 2 film in the history of Telugu cinema. This film has done an amazing feat at the box office. It has achieved number 2 position in all the territories. This is unique record and only Magadheera has done similar feat in the past. Magadheera was the number 1 grosser in all the territories at that time. Dookudu broke the record of Magadheera in only overseas region and it ended up as third highest in Ceded region. Dookudu came second to Magadheera in all other regions. Racha managed to cross Dookudu in Ceded, Nellore and Utharandhra territories. But Gabbar Singh is the only film that has performed equally well all across the globe. Although it didn't cross Magadheera in AP and Dookudu in overseas it came very close to those. Gabbar Singh is now the second top grosser in all the territories of AP including Nellore. It has crossed Racha's full run collections and did this feat of stamping a 'Solid 2' in each and every area. Gabbar Singh is the only second movie to cross 60 crore mark after Magadheera (it crossed 70 crore mark too). Gabbar Singh's full run collections (share) will be anywhere between 63 to 65 crores. From a couple of weeks, industry is abuzz that 'Julayi' is not coming on time due to two reasons. One is that Allu Aravind has not liked particular scenes from the movie and asked for a re-shoot. There are lots of doubts regarding the graphic work of SS Rajamouli's blockbuster movie 'Eega'. Many people are said to doubt the Hollywood level output of this movie and here are the facts exclusive for Gulte.com readers. Total Computer Graphics of 'Eega' is handled by an Hyderabad based studio 'Makuta VFX'. It is heard that this studio headed by Kamal Kannan, Pete Draper, Adil Adili and Sunil Akula have delivered 80% of the CG work. As per the officials of Makuta, only 20% of the Eega graphics work was outsourced and the rest is done by the in house experts.
