Three of Akkineni Nageswara Rao's grandsons have made their debut as actors to date and at the moment none of them have really got going. Only Nagarjuna's son, Naga Chaitanya raised few hopes with back to back hits with Ye Maya Chesave and 100% Love. But he lost the track by attempting commercial mass masala movies.
Chaitanya is now in a spot of bother and had to deliver as Autonagar Surya. If his third attempt at 'action' doesn't click, then it would get tough for him who is already under severe pressure. When Nagarjuna's son itself is struggling, it is no wonder that his nephews are finding it extremely difficult to break the jinx.
Sumanth got things right at a point but slipped off very quickly. No one is interested to make films with him. Sushant who did two films in home banner is still dilly dallying in launching his third film. Who said having background is enough to be a star in Telugu cinema. All you need is luck and if it is not with you, no backgrounds will work. Hope some luck shines bright on these guys ASAP.
