At last, Nag reveals his 8-point fitness secret



King Nagarjuna is one of the handsome heroes in India who could even make youngsters feel jealous of him at the age of 52. Everytime he appears before the media or meet his fans, the common question he would face is 'what's your fitness secret?'.

However, the actor always tried to divert it by saying tension-free life and feeling happy from inside makes him look good, but never revealed his daily routine. For the first time, he opens up about it!


Nag reveals his 8-point fitness secret:

1. Wakes up 6 am in the morning

2. Hits the Gym for one hour

3. Breakfast No.1: Egg Whites and Bread Slices

4. Breakfast No.2 at 11 am: Idly/Pongal/Dosa/Pesarattu and Some Fresh Fruits

5. Lunch: Rice/Rotis with four different vegetable curries

6. Never eats fruits post lunch time

7. Dinner: Grilled Chicken/Fish and some Boiled Vegetables

8. Completes dinner by 7 pm

Nag says if one could follow this 8 steps to perfection, maintaining fit and healthy body is quite easy.
