When a song clicks in Tollywood, our makers rush to theatres to register the lyrics of that song as a title. But those titles don't flick many a times and here are two classic examples.
Rajamouli's 'Maryada Ramanna' features one of the best melodious song 'telugammayi telugammayi', hero Sunil singing that for heroine Saloni. However some craze enthusiastic makers have registered the title 'Telugammayi' and made a movie with Saloni in the lead. And now, a movie titled 'Telugabbayi' was released with Tanish as hero inspiring from that. Both the flicks have bitten dust for their poor content and soapy, sloppy narrations. This is a clear indication that cashing on the craze will not succeed all the times.
Sometime back 'Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana' succeed to the core in that way, as that title is derived from superhit song of same name from Varsham movie. After that we have seen only flops that followed this inspiration.
