The Mighty Magadheera remains untouched

Tollywood's pride, the biggest hit in the history of 80 years Telugu cinema, Magadheera is completing three years and is entering into fourth year by 31st of July. After three years from its release none of the films touched the records of this marvelous film, forget about crossing it. Magadheera still remains a distant dream for Tollywood superstars. The might of Magadheera is so splendid that people had to fake to make their fans believe that they had beaten it. Few films that released after it started off on a great note, but failed to come close in full run. Films like Robo, Businessman and Racha ended up in forty crore zone after taking a stupendous start. Mahesh Babu's Dookudu crossed the landmark of fifty crore, but couldn't come close to Magadheera, which is the only film in 70 crore club. Recently Pawan Kalyan's blockbuster film Gabbar Singh posed a threat to Magadheera in its initial weeks, but finally ended up in 60 crore club and stood second on the all time list. So Magadheera successfully completes three years being on top and we have to wait and watch who will be the one that topples it. Who is going to rewrite the history? Only time will tell.
